To add the .org files to your mod, download Resource Hacker.
For example, to replace the Mimiga Village music with something fancier, open your Doukutsu.exe with Resource Hacker, pop out the folder named MURA, and right-click on the 1041 text. Click on Replace Resource...
Use Open File with New Resource to open your .org file. Put ORG into the Resource Type, and MURA into the Resource Name. Leave the Resource Language blank.
That's it. Enjoy your new music.
