A young man stands in a cave. It just so happens that today, December 20, 2004, is not of any importance. I mean, five days until Christmas, but like, that's not important.

Regardless of the importance of the date, today will most likely be a really long day. And it just so happens that they need a name. What will the name of this lucky player character be?

December 20th, 2004 is the original release date of Doukutsu Monogatari, or Cave Story. Once again, this page was originally making fun of the fact that yes, there was an old version of this adventure. Doesn't really fit anymore, so I rewrote it after I changed the Cave Story textbox CSS, originally made by FlaringK.

Cave Story: Retold is a retelling of a jumping-and-shooting action game. Canon is just a suggestion. The future is screwed. Timelines are crossing. Can you save the world from destruction? May contain scenes with pixelated violence. And blood. Reader discretion is advised. Adventure Map Inspired by old sprite comics (like Bob and George or MS Paint Masterpieces (which i am realizing are both Mega Man sprite comics (not to be confused with megaman sprite comic))), an old Cave Story sprite comic that I found on cavestory.org (probably Negative 127) and, in MSPFA fashion, MS Paint Adventures such as Problem Sleuth and Homestuck.
