I wrote this guide because assembly was hard for me to learn. Of course, I'm still not done learning - there's always something new about assembly that seems to pop up every once in a while. I would like to thank Sean McLaughlin and his awesome guide to z80 assembly for the TI-83+ graphing calculator. I would never have been able to understand assembly without it. And definitely to the people of the CS Tribute Site Forums, who have plenty of Cave Story-specific assembly documentation and shown off some amazing hacks that can be done in mods. Thank you all.
